Optam Building Group is based on the Sunshine Coastand is owned and operated by Royce Beale.

 

Royce has been involved in the building industry for 30 years between Gladstone, 1770 and the Sunshine Coast.

 

During this time he has not only helped many home owners to achieve their individual goal but has also won multiple Master Builders Awards. Optam Building Group was formed more recently to handle design and marketing of homes, separating this from the actual construction work which continues under the Royce Beale name.

 

Optam Homes focuses on providing value for money in areas experiencing rapid growth through the resources boom.

 

Our mission is to offer our clients better service and give them more than expected throughout this building process, as well as quality finishes that our homes are known for. By doing this we hope to continue building our brand and expand through referrals from new and repeat customers.
